When you connect your store, GAGA AI automatically syncs your entire product catalog including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images. It also imports your store policies (refund, shipping, etc). The AI uses only this data to answer customer questions — it never makes things up.
Do I need to configure or train anything?+
No. GAGA AI works out of the box. Once you connect your store, it automatically imports your data and places a chat widget on your storefront. Product updates sync automatically via webhooks.
What if a customer asks something the AI doesn't know?+
The AI will honestly let the customer know it doesn't have that information and suggest they contact your support team directly. It never invents answers — only responds based on your actual store data.
